TERMS OF DELIVERY:
The terms of delivery of goods ordered from our online store apply only to delivery within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. The delivery price is not included in the price of the products. Upon receipt of the shipment, the value of the order is paid by cash on delivery to the courier. Delivery is made by courier from 9:00 to 17:30. On Saturdays until 14:00. Deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.
DELIVERY METHOD:
Goods ordered from our online store are delivered to all settlements on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria by the courier company ECONT EXPRESS and SPEEDY
- TO ADDRESS, requested when ordering during working hours, or under additional conditions agreed with the client. It is advisable to provide an address where you or a person authorized by you will be able to receive the shipment. Couriers do not call in advance before visiting the address, unless you have expressly requested it. DELIVERY PRICES:
All orders placed are automatically calculated through the integrated courier system of ECONT. Payment for delivery for orders over 100.00 BGN to an ECONT/SPEEDY office is free of charge for the buyer. In all other cases, delivery is borne by the buyer.
DELIVERY TIMES:
All orders placed after 3:00 PM are processed and shipped the next business day. Orders accepted on Saturday and Sunday are processed and shipped on the first business day of the week.
The delivery time after handing over the shipment to the courier service depends on the area in which your location falls. The delivery time is between 1 and 3 business days depending on the type, availability of the product and the location indicated for delivery. We are not responsible for delays due to inaccurate delivery data and contact with the customer.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS for other EU countries:
