GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF "Ecoenergy - Elena" EOOD
ON THE ACTIVITY AND OPERATION OF THE ELECTRONIC STORE

I. SUBJECT
Art.1. These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between "Ecoenergy - Elena" EOOD with its registered office and registered office in the town of Elena, 57 Ivan Momchilov Street, Elena Municipality, entered in the Register of Commercial Companies with the Registry Agency - TRRYULNTS with UIC 201477056, represented by its manager and legal representative Pencho Ivanov Trukhchev, hereinafter referred to as the SUPPLIER, on the one hand, and any person who loads the internet address www.mezeta.bg into the technical device used by him, hereinafter referred to as the USERS, on the other hand.
II. DEFINITIONS
Art.2. The terms and abbreviations used in these General Terms and Conditions have the following meaning:
"General Terms and Conditions", "TC" - General Terms and Conditions for using the website www.mezeta.bg
"Website", "Site" - a website with the address (URL) www.mezeta.bg, its applications, mobile and other versions;
"Platform" - a platform for listings, advertising, and selling items, owned by the Administrator and accessible to users through the Website;
"Administrator" - a trading company Ecoenergy - Elena EOOD, which manages and maintains the Website and the Platform;
"User" - any capable individual or legitimate legal entity who has agreed to the General Terms and Conditions, access to the Website, mobile and other applications and versions of the Website and uses the Administrator's services and resources available in them;
Client – any capable natural person or legitimate legal entity who has ordered a service from the Provider’s platform;
“Services” – all services of the Administrator or its partners and contractors that are available to users of the Platform;
“Item” – an item, product, service, rights and others that are the subject of advertisements, searches and offers on the Platform;
“Cash on delivery” – delivery of a shipment through the universal postal service against payment by the recipient of an amount determined by the sender.
“Processing of personal data” – includes any actions to collect, receive, record, organize, compare, update, change, extract and in any other lawful manner use and share the personal data of a User.

IV. APPLICABILITY OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Art. 5. These GTC apply to all contractual legal relationships between the Provider and individual Users. The General Terms and Conditions apply even after termination of the contractual legal relationship with the User until the final settlement of his obligations to the Provider.
Art. 6. The use of the platform is considered an express consent by the User to these General Terms and Conditions. By ordering the items offered on the platform, the User agrees to the processing of his personal data on the basis of the contract concluded between him and the Provider. Such data are name, surname, address, telephone number, email address, etc.
Art.7.(1) The Supplier undertakes to fulfill the User's order in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions and the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria in force at the time of the order.
(2) The Company reserves the right to update and amend the General Terms and Conditions of the Platform periodically to reflect any changes in the way the e-shop operates and the conditions or any changes related to legal requirements. The amendments to the general terms and conditions shall enter into force in the relations between the parties after the publication of their amended version on the Platform.
Art.8. The General Terms and Conditions do not address or regulate any issues arising from or related to the provision of links to other sites, advertisements and software of third parties. The Merchant is not responsible for the reliability, accuracy, completeness of the content of the sites to which the Website refers.
