Appetizers "Truhchev's House" is a small family production of authentic raw-dried delicacies from the Elena Balkan, in which the third generation of master butchers prepare appetizers according to old family recipes since 1963. Only first-class raw materials are used to make the delicacies, including high-quality Bulgarian meats, natural spices and natural preservatives (salt and sugar). Thanks to all this and the fabulous climate of the Elena Balkan, the Truhchev family manages to create unique products with unparalleled taste qualities.
